These are the short "fluffly" feathers on bonnets, bustles, scalp feathers, jewelry etc. Also used to insert into tin cones for colorful decoration on outfits (or as earrings). Please specify "tip" or "base" fluffs. Tip fluffs are 2-4" long. Base fluffs are 4-8" long. Approx. size difference shown here in inset. Fluffs are loose, not strung.
