(APO/AE addresses will ship US Mail). You may also choose UPS Expedited services at checkout. We cannot further reduce shipping, even if you only order one small item. Every order must be invoiced, sent to shipping, packaged and mailed. We feel our pricing is fair and competetive. You can choose the number or value of your items and determine if the shipping charges will work for you. There is a $15.00 minimum order required (before shipping and taxes). HI and AK also receive shipping at $7.95 for packages weighing up to 4 lbs. There is an additional charge of $6.00 for every 4 lbs over this. Premium shipping options (UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) will be billed actual shipping charges, per UPS Residential rate table, plus a $3.00 handling fee. UPS does not include Saturday or Sunday as "shipping days". While these services are for the actual time in shipment, and we attempt to prioritize these orders, time is also required to receive, pull & ship your order. This can be 1-2 days, depending on when your order arrives. We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. International Shipping All international orders must be pre-paid. Credit card is the quickest method. We ship UPS. You can get an idea of the various rates during the check out process. Shipping will be added to online orders. We cannot ship conch shells or ermine products out of the US. Many other items such as abalone shells, cowrie shells, coyote, dentillium, pheasant skins or feather, porcupine quills or rabbit skins require a $55.00 fee to Fish and Wildlife. These are items that can be exported, however it would depend on your country if they can be imported. It is your responsibility to determine this information. We cannot list your item as a gift or reduce invoice pricing for duty purposes. Any order shipped "UPS Ground International" will have a minimum charge by UPS of $29.00 brokerage fee. Expedited shipments include that fee. (This includes Canada and Mexico). Whether your government charges taxes or other duties on the goods is your responsibility to determine and pay. Due to excess regulations and paperwork, we require international orders to be a minimum of $100.00 merchandise. Returns We guarantee your satisfaction or we will refund your money (less shipping charges) on receipt of goods returned within thirty (30) days, in saleable condition. Please call ahead so we can expect it and be sure to include a copy of your invoice. If the return is due to an error on our part (eg. shipped an incorrect item) we will also reimburse you for return shipping costs. Returns after 30 days, WILL be charged a 20% restocking fee except under exceptional circumstances. Wholesale If you are a business interested in wholesale purchasing we'd love to hear from you. We must have your reseller certificate onfile in order to send you wholesale catalog and pricing information. You may fax that information to 508-866-2757. Please include a copy of your letterhead or business card as well, and indicate the address you want the information mailed to. Suppliers We are always looking for new US or Canadian sources for certain supplies. Currently we are looking for another source for bitterroot and tanned deerskin splits.
