You may also choose UPS services at checkout. There is a $15.00 minimum required for online orders(before shipping and taxes). Domestic orders of $150.00 or more will get free shipping on in stock items*. *Backordered items will be charged shipping. Customers receiving crafter or volume discounts may opt for free shipping in lieu of their discount. HI and AK also receive shipping at $8.95 for packages weighing up to 4 lbs. There is an additional charge of $6.00 for every 4 lbs over this. Customers who request UPS shipping will be billed actual shipping charges, per UPS Residential rate table, plus a $3.00 handling fee. UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We are open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. International Shipping All international orders must be pre-paid and are shipped UPS. Shipping rates can be viewed during the check out process. We cannot ship conch shells or ermine products out of the US. It is your responsibility to determine if animal products can be shipped to your country. We cannot list your item as a gift or reduce invoice pricing for duty purposes. Any order shipped "UPS Ground International", including Canada and Mexico will have a minimum charge by UPS of $29.00 brokerage fee. Taxes or other duties on your purchase are your responsibility to determine and pay. We require international orders to be a minimum of $100.00 merchandise. Returns We guarantee your satisfaction or we will refund your money (less shipping charges) on receipt of goods returned within thirty (30) days, in saleable condition. Please call ahead for return authorization and include a copy of your invoice with the returned item(s). If the return is due to our error we will pay return shipping costs. Returns after 30 days, WILL be charged a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale If you are a business interested in wholesale pricing please contact us.
